Registration Document
We will require a registration document with our terms & conditions on the reverse, to be signed when you board your cat. This form will be completed when you make your booking. You may view this document below.
Please note the dates below that we are planning to be closed:
Sunday 2 June until Sunday 16 March 2024 (inclusive)
Wednesday 9 October until Wednesday 23 October 2024 (inclusive)
Monday 23 December 2024 until further notice
We retain essential customer information for our records only and do not share any customers details with external organisations. The Animal Welfare (Licencing of Activities Involving Animals) (England) Regulations 2018 require all records to be kept for at least three years.
Personal information will be treated as confidential by us and held in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018.
