Please note:-
Room rates are charged from the day of arrival until 11.30am on day of departure. Cats collected after 11.30am will incur a further nights charge.
At Easter the required minimum stay is four nights.
At Christmas the required minimum stay is five nights (and we are closed on 25th, 26th & 27th December for drop-offs and collections).
We charge a minimum of £15 to take your cat to our local the vet, if required during their stay.

Your cat(s) may be ‘dropped-off’ and ‘collected’ by arrangement on an allotted day between 9.30am - 11.30am and 4 - 5pm.
Appointments for you to come and check out our facilities may be made for any day. We will do our best to accommodate all reasonable requests.
We operate an appointment system for the cats’ delivery and departure. This ensures there is no rush when collecting or delivering your cat and all aspects of the cat’s stay can be discussed as required.
You may spend as long as you like settling in your cat.
For the smooth operation of our Hotel, we request that collection and delivery times are adhered to.

Please note:
Only cats from the same home may share.
Cats from the same family, sharing a pen, may be separated at the discretion of the cattery owner.
All cats staying at the cattery must have valid vaccination certificates against feline parvovirus (known as feline infectious enteritis) and feline respiratory viruses - feline herpesvirus and feline calicivirus (know as cat flu). Primary vaccinations and boosters must be given at least 14 days before cats are accepted into the cattery. Please bring vaccination certificates with you.
Please also ensure that worming and flea treatments are up to date and effective. If fleas, worms or ticks are found to be present they will be treated accordingly by a vet and you will be liable for the cost on collection.
Please bring cats in a suitable carrier for their own safety.
We provide everything your cat may need to make its stay with us as comfortable and enjoyable as possible (this includes beds, blankets, scratching trees, cat litter and cat toys), however if you do not wish your cat to have access to any of these items please advise.
You may be asked to pay a deposit to secure the booking.
Payment is preferred by bank transfer. Cash is also accepted.
In the event of the owner returning before the end of the period for which the cat is booked, the full period is charged.
Cancellations are to be advised at least 14 days prior to the date of arrival please. If you cancel ay short notice, all or part of the stay may be charged.
A condition of boarding is that your cat is in a fit and healthy condition. We must be advised of any current or recurring illnesses or medical needs. Cats are boarded entirely at the risk of their owners and whilst every care will be taken, the management can not be liable for illness, injury or death of an animal in their care.
If during their stay with us we become concerned about the wellbeing of your cat in our care, we will first contact you (or your contact) and your own vet to discuss next steps. However, if we need to seek urgent veterinary assistance, your cat will be treated by our nearest vets at Marches in Leominster. The cost of any vet bills incurred are payable by the owner on collection.
If cats are not collected within 14 days of the date which they are due to leave our care and no communication is received from the owner, a decision to re-home the cat will be made at the cattery owner’s discretion.
Sorry, we do not accept un-neutered male cats over 6 months.
We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of your cat to board at Waltons Farm Cat Hotel.
